peckham architecture used low-maintenance, sustainable landscaping and erosion control strategies to design a lawn that supports all life at our LEED Platinum, Phius Certified home office. IN ADDITION TO EXISTING NATIVE TIMBER, WE PLANTED A HOLLY TREE FROM OUR FAMILY FARM SOUTH OF COLUMBIA; THREE MAPLES; THREE OAKS; ONE PEAR; FOUR RIVER BIRCH AND A NORWAY SPRUCE. THE SITE IS ALSO A CERTIFIED WILDLIFE HABITAT.
